Temple Hair Makes a Fast Reappearance
I purchased this product to help regrow my temple hair, which was ripped out by tight, weave-enhanced cornrows. When I say ripped out, I mean ripped out -- folicles and all, to the point that it was just shiny skin. I put this stuff on it maybe three times a week and in two weeks I had a reasonable amount of hair there, and in four weeks the hair was the length it was pre-cornrows. Maybe it as my natural hair growth cycle, I don't know. But I had my temple hair ripped out by weave six years ago and it took two months for it to grow back. So I'm going to give this black castor oil the credit.

Working Perfectly For Me!
I did my big chop and went natural October 2010 and I ordered this around the same time. I use this in my deep conditioner and in my daily hair regimen. My hair is very soft, moisturized, and growing like crazy. The smell is not so bad. You honestly get use to it. I recommend this for anyone!

My Review of Black Jamican Castro Oil
I really like this product. It is a very thick oil and it isnt runny at all.My hairline has came out due to tight braids..etc..This product has really grown my edges back great. What I do is putthe product on my hairline and do a scalp massage everyday.The only thing I wish it smelled better. It isnt a smell that is justterriable but I wish it had a fresh scent.Other than that I love the product and I will buy it again andrecomend it to my family,clients and friends.

This is the business!!!
Ive been using this product for about 3 months and my hair has never been softer. I have 4b type hair and it can be very kinky/corse. I started using JBCO to seal my ends after twisting. I also apply the oil to my scalp and massage it at night, and add about 1-2 tsp. to my deep conditioner. I've also noticed some hair growth since Ive been doing my scalp massages with JBCO more regularity. And that's all I can really say. It may be more pricey than regular castor oil so that's why I give it 4stars, but as far as its perfomence I think it is the business!!! for anyone who has Natural hair.

OMG!!! Jamaican Black Castor Oil is what I needed
I just ordered the JBCO, and I have to say this is what I needed! It does everything I needed and wanted it to do. AMAZING! WHY AM I THE LAST TO KNOW!

This product is excellent for the scalp and the hair. I use on the scalp once a week in on the hair every other day for my 6 year old daughter and my hair as well. This product does do it's job conditioning your hair, however it does smell horrible. It's the first time I have ever used the product and I will defiantly continue to use it but just wish someone would have warned me about the smell before hand!

this product is wonderful! i saw result in my daughter's hair and mine also within 2wks...my hair is thicker, stronger at the roots and healthy! ive been on Castor oil for yr and my hair has never been more healthy thank it is now...ive use the the pimento oil for 2months and it has the same effect as the Jamaican oil just a bit faster in hair growth. i love this product and will continue to use them on my family hair.

Great Product!
This product doesn't work right away. It took almost a month to see results. It re grew parts of my hairline where it was bald due to a micro braid being yanked out, and it also contributed to some of my hair growth. Must follow directions. I never washed out. Nice tingly sensation. Great Product! Would definitely recommend!

Great product
This product works great! I recently had bariatric surgery and after the 4th month I began losing my hair in the front. I tried the silica pills and they seemed to work but only on the hair that was not shedding and it was not helping to grow new hair. About a week after massaging this product into my scalp each night, my hair has began to grow back and it is filling in nicely. I was kinda skeptical at first, but I am now a believer. You have to adjust to the smell of lavendar and vanilla, but I dont mind since my hair is growing back! The most important thing is to massage your scalp so that the blood can get to the follicle and absorb the product.

Worth It!!!
This product works well with my relaxed hair. When my beautician rinsed out the treatment, my hair felt a little hard because we didn't use a moisturizing conditioner afterwards but my hair felt so strong and I didn't experience any shedding or breakage when detangling, it was a miracle in a little jar. When the rollers were removed, my hair was so shiny, bouncy and thick. It looks really healthy. My hair remained bouncy and thick for the entire week. I love this product. I recently tried the Aphogee Two Step Protein Treatment and experience shedding when detangling and breakage afterwards. It was too strong. The JBCO Protein Conditioner will be my only protein treatment.

Good Without Heat Too
I rarely write product reviews,as this will be my second. I'm natural and my hair can't decide it's texture, so I don't use the typing system as I have a little bit of every thing in my hair. Some parts curly, some ringlets, some straight, some matted looking and some wavy,it's a combination of coarse and normal. Anyway, I received this yesterday morning and used it last night. It says on the jar to use with heat, but I don't like using heat on my hair and I straightened it not too long ago, heat right now is a no no. So, first off we have the all natural ingredient list: Mayonnaise, Jamaican black castor oil, Vitamin E, Avocado oil, Mustard oil, Grape seed oil, Lavender,Pimento oil. The smell is strange but I like it. It's like a combination of pickle juice, mustard and lavender. The lavender does a pretty good job at covering up the smell of the mayonnaise and such for the most part as the mustard smell is fighting to overpower it.
